Egyptian School Project

Sixth grade school project

This is a photo of our Granddaughter's sixth grade school project. Click on picture for larger picture showing more details.

She obtained a cardboard box from Costco and painted it metallic gold. She used the same spray paint on dowels and wood scraps cut to size. Other wood scraps were sprayed with aqua paint we had on hand. The background mural is a wallpaper border. There are graphics online that could also used, or draw and color your own. Sometimes you can find giftwrap with an Egyptian theme. We sell most of the figures. We had small clay pots on hand and she filled them with artificial stems, but feathers from the craft store would have worked also.

A smaller box with a few figures would work just as well. This is just an illustration of what you can do with stuff you may even have around the house.
