About TACO CASA
The founder of the Taco Casa restaurants is a Mexican lady, born and raised in a small town south of Mexico City. She helped her mother cook for a large family and their workers. She cooked with homemade charcoal over an open fire, ground her own corn and made tortillas by hand. Needles to say, she has a thorough background in Mexican cooking.
Our frijoles (refried beans) are made fresh daily from her original home recipe. Our tortillas are made to our specifications by a Mexican firm. We use only the highest quality U.S. inspected beef.
Mexican food is not picosa (hot to taste) unless sauces are added. However, that is what makes the difference between good and bad Mexican food. The sauces used at Taco Casa are true Mexican sauces prepared on the premises, made with the same ingredients and recipes used in Mexico. We try to serve you the finest. So enjoy... and Vaya Con Dios.
Gracias, Amigos.

About Our Homemade Sauces
Hot Sauce - Our hot sauce speaks for itself. This is the premier hot sauce of Mexico.
Mild Sauce - A red, tangy sauce we put on most everything.
Enchilada Sauce - This brown chili sauce was developed especially for our enchiladas.
Green Sauce - A sweet and tangy sauce used for Quesadillas and especially good with beans.
Super Hot Green Sauce - You've asked for it! A spicy sauce that's definitely not for the timid!
Salsa Cruda - A chunky blend of hot peppers, tomatoes and onions that we use just for fajitas.
